This is one of the hats that I've made this year for Metrocon and I will eventually make for more conventions that allow cosplay items. This hat is a blue version of Gloomy Bear, a character created by Mori Chack.

It's made from soft blue fleece and flannel. The eyes are appliqued with a thick satin stitch as professionally appliqued pieces are.
