It is a mudkip from Pokemon :3 Yes, the meme is old and tired, but mudkips are still quite cute in my opinion.

It's made from soft blue and orange fleece and black flannel. The eyes are appliqued with a thick satin stitch to prevent any fraying and provide a nice border.
